All 3 tracks are on the Volume 1 Remembrance Days CD. If you actually own the ep you should be able to confirm it is DEAD 9.

Why is it that it's so hard to get B Movie tracks in digital format? Because they were signed to a rinky dink label initially? I think the Chameleons were on that label, and I must have 8 cds of their material.
The Radio Days cd sells for an arm and a leg, out of print that it is.
