Suburbia Soundtrack Questions

OK, before anyone gets mad that this isn't a relevant subject, yes Suburbia was more of a "punk" movie, but the original score by Alex Gibson is a lot more new wave; it's even got some synth. And it's from the '80's. And besides, the people here really know their stuff and I know I can get some informed answers!

First, I just bought the CD, and it sounds like it's a [bad] rip from an LP. Very scratchy. Is it supposed to sound like this? I mean, it looks like it's a legit copy of the CD.

Second, the CD (and original LP) is missing a lot of the original score, which was the whole reason I'd bought the disc. Does anyone have a line on anything else from the Alex Gibson score to this movie that didn't make it on the soundtrack? I know I can just watch the movie, but some of the songs I really like are either cut up or talked over.

Please tell me that someone out there has more of this music from the movie score!
