Request: Romantics - One In A Million [Dance Mix]

Postby Bellenger1981 » Sun Feb 16, 2014 2:04 am

I've done some research, and apparently The Romantics' "One In A Million [Dance Mix]" has never appeared on CD. It was remixed by Jellybean, and apparently the 7" single features an edit of the "Dance Mix" by Jellybean as well. I had no idea that this mix existed until today. Would anyone happen to have a copy of the "Dance Mix", preferably in a lossless format? I've done some internet searches, and the links for the mix are all dead. Thank you.

I have good news ... and I have bad news. The good news is that I have this and the instrumental, both mp3 web finds from years ago. The bad news is that the Dance Mix is cut short by about 10 sec -- thus an abrupt ending.

Anyhoo, here are both tracks, warts and all:

Well, it's better than nothing. Thank you very much! [:D] In the vaults it will remain, provided that the original masters have not been lost or tossed, along with thousands of other forgotten gems.
