Sorry, I know this is the wrong section, but the obscure 80's section is much busier. Anyone know this song - I don't think you actually have to download, it can be listened to directly from the file sharing site. Thanks for all your help

It sounds like it could be early Bad Madness or The Selector Specials or maybe The English Bodysnatchers.
