Hello NWO, Hope everyone is safe & well!

Happy Canada Day!

Please read as links will only be up for one week or less if asked to remove!

Quick note: Black - Everything's Coming Up Roses orignal 1986 version has yet to be released officially on cd and can only be found on the “Ugly Man Records – JACK 1” 12”.

I encourage you to give each track a listen at some point as you may be pleasantly surprised....

I have done my best to remaster all the tracks included here with the best sound possible! If I have used tracks that have appeared on others previous compilations, I apologize as this was not intentional!

Please note, this in NO way is intended to take away sales from any of the artists included here but rather a way to discover or rediscover these timeless masterpieces as many of them have never officially appeared on CD or are long "Out Of Print". Please support these bands if they should have material available! They deserve all the credit!

Thanks for this new addition! A few thoughts and quick questions:

Where are the Immaculate Fools and Carol Ann Berry extended tracks from? I have the first, but only a 4:30 minute version.

Lulu Temple - Don't Say No - YES! This was the group after Quincy, when Quincy Jones sued to get them to change their name. After Don't Say No (a very different tune from Quincy's debut), the Butlers became Smash Palace, who had a great debut album.

Q16 - thanks for the other side of this release, the first was on an earlier issue.

Black - Heck of a debut single, with the A-side being Wonderful Life and this being one of the B-sides. And yet it still took a while for them to pop.

I think the Shona Laing remix is from Justin Strauss.

Thanks, going to listen to some new old music!

Thanks guys, great to read the feedback!!! Let me try to answer some of these questions:

Thanks for this new addition! A few thoughts and quick questions: (Thanks Mus)

Where is the Immaculate Fools from? I have the first, but only a 4:30 minute version. (An exclusive, awesome and official Long Version that not many people even know about! Available only on this Promo CD)

https://www.discogs.com/release/2210319 ... art-People

Where is Carol Anne Berry Extended Version from? (This track/version was Originally released in 84 under her then band name Burlitz and later included on her 86 LP under her own name Carol Anne Berry. Both versions are the same but on the LP she left out "Extended Version")

https://www.discogs.com/release/1852645-Bürlitz-Sleep-Softly-Mary

https://www.discogs.com/release/4251163 ... n-Like-You

Lulu Temple - Don't Say No - YES! This was the group after Quincy, when Quincy Jones sued to get them to change their name. After Don't Say No (a very different tune from Quincy's debut), the Butlers became Smash Palace, who had a great debut album. (Very nicely done Mus! Also, I agree, Smash Palace's debut album was and still is excellent! For those who remember, "No Love Lost", was an unknown track solved 20 years ago on the CFNY Spirit Of Radio site. Fun times)

Q16 - thanks for the other side of this release, the first was on an earlier issue. (Correct, also, a fun fact, Matt Sorum of Guns N‘ Roses is on the drums lol)

Black - Heck of a debut single, with the A-side being Wonderful Life and this being one of the B-sides. And yet it still took a while for them to pop. (Yup, how crazy is that! Hits before they were hits lol)

I think the Shona Laing remix is from Justin Strauss. (Correct and one of 4 versions on the 12")

Thanks, going to listen to some new old music! (Hope you enjoy)

Will you add more Space Monkey tracks to the series? (Thanks AJ, I'll see what I can do)

Lol, I distinctly remember that Smash Palace post you made on Spirit of Radio, which prompted me to quickly go out and buy their LP!! Can you believe that was 20 years ago!?!?

Hey Paul.......many thanks for the Space Monkey track.

As you probably know, there were serious plans to release the extended edition of their album On The Beam through Pledge Music several years ago,
but unfortunately it all fell through.
I really really hope though, thats it is gonna happen eventually. It would be a great shame otherwise.

Hey Xymo, a shame for sure and agree, a Deluxe Best Of collection would still be a beautiful way to honour Paul Goodchild! Thx
