Louis Prima does a great version of this song he mashes up with "The Sheik of Araby" that I am pretty sure Talk Talk did not play in a London nightclub show in 1983. It was also not a B-side to a rare Blue Nile promotional single I bought for $120 on eBay a few years back, and furthermore was not originally written by Neil Tennant when he was tripping on acid and demanded Kylie Minogue's phone number from information, swearing "I've got the hit that'll make them forget 'Locomotion'." At least that's now I remember things.

More useless Mel Torme trivia

I remember an old, old Flintstones episode when Fred copped this goateed hipster moonlighting Mel Torme inspired persona that sang in a smokey night club 'Rockland'[8D]

Yes..they called him 'The Golden Smog' skiddle la la bop pahh wah wah wahhhhh.... [;)]

There was another one where Barney and Betty Rubble sang 'When You're Smiling' at a sea side resort gig as a way to help out its short staffed owner.
