The adventures

Does anyone still remember the adventures? They have quite a signature tone. Not very famous but they were definitely amazing.
btw, does anyone have an mp3 of their video version of "send my heart"? I have the studio version but I find the video one much better.

Sadly, while they are 200% more awesome than georgie thought, they are only 4/5ths as awesomey as moni's testament. 'Cuz "The Adventures" is just the bowdlerized U.S. version of "Theodore & Friends." But it's got, like, twice the awesomeness of the other albums, so I'm all for counting it as two!

(But seriously, "Another Silent Day" is really super awesome.)

eight6, [:D] scanned your barcode today with our barcode reader...you checked out [;)], however on line 10 it says you don't totally hate Terry Hall [:D]. However, seems you are low on nut sacks. [^]...what is with that UPC code?

The Adventures is on my top 20 list of favorite bands. 12" singles are must have in my book. Theodore & Friends seemed hard to get on ebay, and was going pretty high.

Love the track "Tristesse En Vitesse"...which was only on the B side of the 12" "Feel the Raindrops"

TIP: don't depend on discogs 100% since they do not list everything by an artist [8D]

I'm glad.

I'll have change line 10 so it clearly indicates my absolute abhorrence of all of Mr. Hall's work.

I thought they would be a better seller here...I guess some just like that Ken doll look.

I thought it would facilitate the inevitable "reporting eight6 to the Mods" process. You'd have to check with them to see if the barcode experiment has been successful.

<a href="http://www.zshare.net/audio/adventures-the-raining-all-over-the-world-mp3.html" target="blank">Raining All Over the World</a>

This song is one of the tracks, although this file is actually from a CD single, courtesy of the late great torchomatic.com.

Lions and Tigers and Bears looks to be available at MusicStack. Pricey, too.

Raining All Over The World was feted as the big hit single at the time, with Radio One putting it on their A-list and Capital Radio doing similiar. The outcome of all this? One week in the chart at 68.. [xx(]

Ye I did. Youtube had a video of send my heart but the mp3 turned out jittery. I was wondering if anyone has a better quality video of it.

I know you are...but I wasn't. It actually came about because of the whiner/crybabies who can't stand to have their positions challenged, and run to report me to a Mod or MikeP.

In fact, if you go here,

http://www.upcdatabase.com/itemform.asp

and type in my code (086086860868) it should tell you that I own the UPC code. (At least it used to)
