<br>.. it seems songs at the new 'download.yousendit' address, do not let me download.. I always get permission forbidden.... anything via the normal yousendit site is all ok....

I thought the issue must be needing a login.. but alas it makes no difference for me. Is it a port/firewall thing maybe?

Sometimes when something like this happens, it may be a good idea to clear your browser's cache.

If you've had no problems downloading files through you're browser in the past, then your router or firewall should not be an issue.

Wow.. lots of cool tracks!

My yousendit issue must not be as common as I first thought..

The 'old' yousendit site "sXX.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=....etc." downloads work without any troubles and always have worked for me.

The new site "download.yousendit.com/64E4777..etc" links, that then change to "beta.yousendit.com/ .. etc" never ever work for me. All I get is a big "Forbidden" error stating I don't have permission to that download on that server. I have never been able to get a download via this site to work, ever.

Very strange... must be an answer somewhere! [V]

What a great topic.Covers of old songs by New Wave artists doing them.I don't know who the artist was who did the request that I am going to ask for,of this next cover of the old 60's classic,of the old Joey Dee and the Starlighters song The Peppermint Twist. But there was a New Wave cover of this song that cmae out around 1982 or so.So my question is this.Does anyone have a copy of this New Wave cover? And if so can you please post it in here? And thank you ahead of time. Crossing fingers for good luck.

Yeah, that Frazier Chorus is great. Heard it on the airplane, of all places, a few years ago.

Here's "The Chauffeur" by Battery. Let me know if this link doesn't work. I've never tried YouSendIt before...

Terim mentioned Devo's "Satisfaction" cover. Of course, they also covered "Working in a Coal Mine." However, my fav is the following:

Devo's cover of NIN "Head Like a Hole."
