how to use yousendit.com

Hi,
I've never used yousendit.com
Is there someone out there who can give me a quick explanation how it works and how I can make the links?

See if this helps. At the yousendit homepage
1: Type in your e-mail address in box 1
2: Find the file and upload it to yousendit
3. Send the e-mail
When you get the e-mail, you'll see a link to the uploaded file. Post that link here and you should be good to go.
Links are only good for 7 days or 25(?) downloads, whichever comes first.
Let us know how it goes.

Even easier - skip the email part entirely. After the file is finished uploading, it gives you the link to the file right on the site. Typing in your email is just a huge waste of effort.
