Was there ever an extended version of either Overkill or Dr Jeckyll and Mr Jive? Just curious.

No. I don't think there was an official extended version of any of their songs.

I have a 12" single for both, but it is just the LP version on both of them.

Go MAW Go!!
You know, I was thinking about MAW extended mixes the other day. I have never ever heard any, and like rewind, do not think any have been produced.
hopefully that is wrong though, as I'd love to hear some.

Nope, I don't think there were ever any MAW extended or 12"s remixes.

Actually, I have a couple of remixes. There is a double A-side 12" with the "special re-worked" versions of It's A Mistake & Who Can It Be Now. They are just slightly remixed, but remixed just the same. Also from the 3rd album there is an extended remix of Maria, which is a really cool song. I would post them, but I have not connected my turntable to the computer yet...sorry.

There's a budget priced greatest hits album released under 2 different names: The Works (in Australia) & '81 - '85 (in Mexico I think) that had 2 unlisted songs at the end. I've got "The Works".
Both songs are a couple of minutes longer than the original.
"Sail To You" - 5:46

"Down Under (Extended Mix)" - 5:24

I've also got an extended version of "Everything I Need" that clocks in at 4:35, a minute longer than the original. No idea where I got it.

If you like Men At Work, you should definitely buy Colin Hay's latest CD "Man At Work" which has a mix of his solo songs and Men At Work hits that he's redone. Some very good versions of their old songs. It's readily available so I won't post any tracks from it and it'd be great if he continues to produce music as good as he has in the past.
Enjoy...

Great tunes, 80's Guy! Extremely rare to found.... Thank you very much, also for news of Colin Hay (my favourite "Martin Feldman singer!".... i play with my band a couple of songs of MAW!)[;)]
