You know, I was thinking about MAW extended mixes the other day. I have never ever heard any, and like rewind, do not think any have been produced.

Posted: Sun Apr 16, 2006 12:06 pmActually, I have a couple of remixes. There is a double A-side 12" with the "special re-worked" versions of It's A Mistake & Who Can It Be Now. They are just slightly remixed, but remixed just the same. Also from the 3rd album there is an extended remix of Maria, which is a really cool song. I would post them, but I have not connected my turntable to the computer yet...sorry.

Posted: Mon Apr 17, 2006 8:24 amThere's a budget priced greatest hits album released under 2 different names: The Works (in Australia) & '81 - '85 (in Mexico I think) that had 2 unlisted songs at the end. I've got "The Works".
Both songs are a couple of minutes longer than the original.

I've also got an extended version of "Everything I Need" that clocks in at 4:35, a minute longer than the original. No idea where I got it.

If you like Men At Work, you should definitely buy Colin Hay's latest CD "Man At Work" which has a mix of his solo songs and Men At Work hits that he's redone. Some very good versions of their old songs. It's readily available so I won't post any tracks from it and it'd be great if he continues to produce music as good as he has in the past.
