I'm trying to locate Secession's "Dark Enchantment" album, Fiat Lux's "Hired History" and Cactus World News"Urban Beachs". The first two I'm most interested in. Is anyone selling, or willing to provide me with a quality facsimile of the same? I'd be only to pleased to reimburse you for your trouble. Thanks in advance!

Cee! Cheers, that's one down. Wish that pesky Euro had gained on the dollar so much, but still better than I've seen on Ebay. You can't even find a remastered copy on there.

Funnily enough I grew up around the corner from Frank Kearns the guitarist with the band and have some 10" and 12" singles of Worlds Apart and the Bridge. I'll bookmark this thread and and post to it as soon as a) I hook up my record deck b) dig the album out of the attic

see thats the trouble with reality, its taken far too seriously

Shoulderpads, thank you! I do appreciate the gesture. I hope I'll be able to repay it in some way in the future. Thanks again!

If I could buy my reasoning,
I would pay to lose

Thanks, but I'd already tried GEMM. I'm looking for the album on cd. But, I agree, GEMM is a great resource!

It was never released on CD! Romoboy sells CDRs, though, if these mean a solution to you. Nicely done, btw, great quality and with artwork.

@dropdeadgothic: I have an mp3 copy of 'hired history' which was digitzed from vinyl. if you want that I'd zip and post it 4 ya.

Just in case somebody wants stuff of their unreleased album, the b-sides or the live release I'd post that as well. Thanks to Simon from torchomatic for providing these!

No problem, dude, you're welcome. Definitely this one deserves to be re-released. As well as their album - only few found their way into the hands of band members, I think. Wonder where they're now.[?]
