Here's a tune that never seems to get mentioned or featured on many (if any) compilations; 'Radio Africa' by Latin Quarter.

One hit wonder, but nice....

Can someone post the follow up "No Rope As Long As Time"? I always wondered what that sounded like.

If by forgotten classic you mean only played once a day on classic radio and is included on every friggin 80's compilation cd then yes - Harden My Heart qualifies.

ok, yes, it's possible in every 80's compilation in USA... in Europe, especially in Italy, it's hard to find this in a compilation[:0].....
so, i think it's a possible gift for European members

[/quote]Wow.. That is so true cafebizarre[B)]

Vintage music can be so regionalized (not as much now as before- courtesy of our global online music community)

Back then, what was played ad nauseum to a particular listening audience in one part of the world could have been seldom, if ever, heard elsewhere during the height of its popularity and even less so afterwards.

That certainly puts things in better perspective for me..Thanx![:I]

And forget both of those -- here's their best song.
