This started out life, if the rumors I heard back then are to be believed, as a white label pressing circulating in the New York area.

Wonder if it's worth using today's tools to approximate it?

From what I understand, there were no pressings and the master tape is packed away.
Maybe an important member of the outpost can enlighten us? [;)] (you know who you are)
