Req: Black Tango from San Diego (?)
Posted: Mon Aug 21, 2006 9:17 amOK, I've got another local band request. They were called Black Tango, and I think they were from San Diego. I'm guessing it was more of an S.D./L.A. thing, though I'm not sure. From what I can find, they were active in the early '80's, though I think I picked up an EP called "Maggots in the Icing" in the late '80's (now a broken cassette).
Maybe a little more goth with some new wave mixed in? It's hard to remember exactly, and I haven't been able to find much info on the net. But I'd sure love to hear it again, and it might be interesting listening for all the non SoCal people on the board.
