Does anyone know about a song called Goodbye Franky?
This used to play on KROQ in the 81/82 time frame:

"Franky was a mugger, the king of burton park
in his brown suede sneakers, he could run fast in the dark

He played hooky to play chicken, down at the railroad tracks,

Franky and Moe Rode their scooters to the corner of Candly and rue,
