The big Dutch group for me was The Essence. How are they NOT The Cure?!

This is what I love about this place. There's just SO much out there to learn about. A Dutch group that's Cure-ish? I'm all over it.

That would be Client, on Andy Fletcher's (of Depeche Mode) Toast Hawaii label. It features Sarah Blackwood of now defunct Dubstar. Check out this great article with Fletch talking about his project:
