From 1985, this was taken from their LP "Father's House", produced by Peter Buck, before they were signed to Arista Records. Nice jangly power pop.

Hey, U.M., thanks a ton for sharing. I've been looking for this song for months! I didn't know much about Dreams So Real until I heard a song here a year or so ago, and as such I recently purchased their next two Arista CDs ("Rough Night in Jericho" and "Gloryline") and look forward to listening to them.

I'd be interested if you think "Father's House" is worth pursuing (was it ever on CD?) and/or how I could sample more songs from it.

I haven't heard the entire album in YEARS, so I can't comment on it at the moment, just that "Today" was the standout track. I DO know that it wasn't released on CD. BTW, what did you thInk of "Gloryline"? I was disappointed with it compared to "Jericho" so I sold it quickly.

Just got both CDs, will tell you what I think after I give them a few listens. It might take a month so please ping me if I forget to poast here.

Thanks for the share U.M.[;)] Great track!![^] I have the "GLORY LINE" VINYL RECORD and I find it good.[:)] I don't have any feedback on their other LPs.[8D]
