This song has eluded me for a while, but a kind email got it to me.

This is the Queen-like theme song to a b-movie known as "Yor: The Hunter from the Future". It's a bad MST3K-grade science fiction movie, stitched together from a 4-part miniseries. It's a catchy theme song.

Now I just gotta get my hands on The Warriors soundtrack.
