It is Three Walls Down, from their 1993 release Building Our House, and is chock full of 80s jangly guitar pop. Even has an REM connection, with Mike Mills younger brother in the band. Not from the 80s, but sounds like it could have been. This disc is usually found collecting dust in the cheap bins. How sad, every song is superbly catchy.
