Mobiles - Drowning In Berlin

i just bought the excellent Mobile re-issue album. In their booklet discographie it mentions a single called Lost Without Your Love released in 1984. Never heard about that.

Does anyone have more info or the track to share ?

Here are some outtakes from the liner notes, giving more info about the song:

Russ says: Bill Kimber was asked to remix Fear by Rialto. I got on well
with him, and I hooked up when I was looking to re-launch the Mobiles as
just Anna and I. We ended up signing a five-year deal but despite doing
loads of demos this was the only thing that came out. This isn't how I
wanted the band to sound. We had lost the edge - the sound was too 'mums n'
dads' . . .



Lost without your love.

Russ says: My original demo had a great synth string intro and the 12/8
timing had an unusual groove but unfortunately this didn't come over on the
record. Sometime later Madonna had a tune with string into that reminded me
of my original. I haven't heard this for 20 years so can not say if I like
it or not . . ."


Remember

Russ says: "Back to John Lennon again, this was a song that wrote it's self.
It's all about wondering what life would have been like if you'd chosen a
different path. That pretty much sums up the demise of the Mobiles. Through
naivety more than anything, we took too many wrong decisions along the way.
