THANK YOU Spaz! That is an awesome Boingo tune. By "pre-Boingo", do you mean the Mystic Knights of Oingo Boingo? Or right after them but before Oingo Oingo...b/c this doesn't sound like MKOOB. [?]

it's pre-first EP Oingo Boingo but post Mystic Knights.... 1979, I believe.
