This woman has too much voice to be Lene Lovich and too little to be Nina Hagen. I have no idea who it is, but I'm thinking it's someone who normally doesn't do this type of music. It also sounds like Suzi Pinns from Jubilee fame. I dig the Woody Woodpecker effect about 2/3 into the song.

Well it's definitely an Italian singer or group. The production sounds like something from the 80s. I think it could be Giuni Russo, but it also reminds me of Rettore or the band Matia Bazar.
