I was just messing with you because of the B Movie thread.

It's really good. Especially the last track Radio Weeps, Television Cries... holy shit, it's mind-blowing.

Frank, whatever you do, DON'T post any Alternative Radio. That'll earn you a kick in the plums for sure.

BTW: did the Fennahs ever release that CD?

It's a nice album and would of been interesting if they released more singles at the time but hey ho.

I was just about to post their first album since I know you're a big fan. [;)]

As for the CD, it had a very limited release but just about everything they done is available digitally from their website.

Any idea if the first single is on the CD? I think it's called (oddly enough) "Alternative Radio"?

Nice interview, enjoyed reading that.

Wow, that is pricey and I thought the 021's single was expensive.

Still, the link in the first post will keep you company until you win the pools.

It's not as the 'Retrospect' CD, only covers 83-90 although the EP version is part of the 'Lost and Found' compilation.

The vast majority of UK minimal synth from the early 80s is very expensive, probably due to the most obvious reason being that they were pressed in limited quantities on small unknown labels,it certainly can be a very expensive hobby collecting those rare 7"/LPs from that genre!!!

My 1980s UK CULT/MINIMAL SYNTH favourite would be this: The Electric Circus - Direct Lines[1981]
