Art Of The 12" Vol:3 Question

I thought this collection was so so as compared to the other two. But in particular was a little amazed and even disappointed that Act's A Friendly Warning (12") was warbly and even vibrated as if the bass had been turned way up. Is it my cd or did anyone else notice that ?

It's on my copy as well. Looks like a poor audio track to me.
