if i take the time to rip and post it. (i have limited internet access,
and i also have a limit to upload and download it). yes.

if you want conversation about the music, and not just people downloading
it, then just get the mp3 and be done with it.

if you actually like the band and support them, then buy the music.

Okay, what do you want to talk about with the band. Hey, sounds good, blah blah blah, you like it too, blah blah blah.
Really, why not just offer the Redhots(MP3's) only if your going to make it such a kiss ass event. Don't even offer the chocolate bar (lossless). I don't ask or try to control anyone on my shares. Nor do I ask them to comment on the download. But if they feel inclined to talk about it, great. Otherwise a big thank you and move on.

Believe me, if I really liked the band I would take the time and money to find their material instead of playing kiss ass with you. But isn't that what we are here for to exchange obscure music and maybe you find something you never before liked and do buy the music?

Hey, if you want to control the downloads and don't want to make it public, then just tell folks to email you in private and request the tunes.
But when you make a big too do with a share post and then request people to email you for a password and request them to make a post about the share. Well, it's playing kiss ass.

Thank you negative1 for the "Inside Out" tracks! Love 'em! I have the "You Think You Know Her", "Inside Out" and "Another Minute" singles, but highly recommend anyone mildly interested to check them out - they're great!
