Hi,

These supported Gary Numan in 1989 and released a few singles and just the one album 'Air'. They were really good but faded into obscurity in the early 90's - I was wondering if anyone had this at all:

that they could rip digitally at all - there's mixes on it which I've never heard. Also the 12" Obscurity mix of Lonely which was an earlier single if anyone has that too. Many thanks and much appreciated if someone can help out.

Fade2Grey is such a good site - one day I'll work out how to download their MP3s to a Mac

Gary, it couldn't be easier (though sometimes, I forget and can't find the button to click) There's a big MP3 emblem at the bottom of the post, click it, it'll take you to a site called Mega, where you click "download to computer" and that's it. As long as you know how to expand rar files, I think you'll find it pretty easy. Fade2Grey is one of the best sites out there!

The Mega thing just wont load onto my Mac - it's gets to 100% then says PLUGIN FAILED no matter what i do. I gave up trying a couple of months back on another site that used it. Mega just doesn't seem to like Yosemite I guess. Or me. it just doesn't like me. I'm trying not to take it personally, but what can you do

I'm sure you thought of this, but: are you using Google Chrome? The latest version? I'm just trying to help because I don't know what I'd do without Fade2Grey...

Cheers Dominik - nope not using Google Chrome but have actually just this minute got Mega to work in Safari and am now having a lovely listen to some 12" Associates goodness that's I've not heard since ditching my vinyl player some years ago

Wow, how messed up. Wonder what happened over at Fade2 site? Sure enough, I went and checked and
there's nothing there now, though it was up & running just days ago.

Anyway, I got you covered on the Yen stuff, glad I nabbed them when I did.

These were fairly crunchy record rips, I cleaned up the files, and now the sound quality is some better.
The only one I wasn't able to get was (I think??) the 7 inch remix of Talk To Me, probably that was
what it was, but can't go back and look it up now. Anyway it was a 7 inch remix, and was gone
by the time I got there. If someone managed to nab that remix I'd appreciate if you'd share, or post it!!

The rest of the singles I got are all in this RAR, cleaned up, and not bad, so all in one chunk, minus the one remix.

While I was typing and etc. Aladinsane posted a link that works, so I guess now you can get the singles there (again)
or grab mine that I cleaned up. LOL internet is wonky sometimes eh?

By the way, now the listing for the Talk To Me 7 inch remix is gone, but the Lonely single is there, and I don't remember it
being there the other day. My "compilation" lacks the Lonely single, just so you know, so grab it there while you can!
Now if someone ups the Talk To Me remix, that should just about cover all of it, I think.
