The Stocking Heads were a bizarre-looking synth wave trio based out of California. I read on this four-song EP's Vinyl Obscurity post that these guys may have tried to emulate Devo in their sound. The stocking caps on their heads totally remind me of Devo's "Jocko Homo" video.
