Howard Jones - Revolution Surrounded DVD / AAAAA compilation

Currently really struggling to find a copy of the DVD (featuring Stephen W Tayler visuals) from the Revolution Surrounded double-disc. Would anybody happen to have a good quality rip of this available to upload / download? The 2-disc set is absolutely impossible to find - I've tried on Ebay, Amazon, everywhere, but it's totally unavailable. Must have been a really limited pressing.
Also looking for the following three tracks, if anyone has rips of them. They were on a vinyl album (called something like AAAAA) only available in the High Wycombe area in the early 1990s, so a bit of a 'local' project for Howard and other artists from the town. The tracks are: L'homme contre danse / Float 54 / Good Friday The 13th
I have quite a lot of rarities, and I'm willing to pass them on to anyone who can help me find the stuff I'm looking for.
