Hope everyone is well!

Today is a bit of a sad day for me as it marks the one year passing of my good friend Dave “Swerve” Myrvold. It’s hard to believe a year has already gone by since his leaving us!

I will be reaching out to his family this morning to let them know we are all thinking about Dave and continuing to share the music he loved so dearly!

With that said and as planned, I'm sharing Volume 19 as well as another collection titled “Gone But Not Forgotten 80’s” “Swerve”! It’s a collection of darker, gloomy tracks that reflect how I’m feeling today without Dave being with us!

Ps: Quick note re: Vol. 19: I wasn't going to use the Q-Feel "Dancing In Heaven" track as it has appeared on many cds however and to my surprise, this full intro version is only available on one official cd from Hong Kong (Disco Classics The 12" Versions) which I was lucky enough to purchase when it was released in 1987. Also, The Real Life track "Face To Face" (Extended) was taken from the 1990 Australian only CD release (So Far) and is exclusive to this cd which differs from the US copy (Let's Fall In Love)!

Thank's again for all these great comps you and Dave put together,by far the best audio quality comps around!

Can't believe a year has gone by already. I didn't get the opportunity to know Dave, but he sounded like an amazing person that I'm sure I would have loved to know! Sorry for your loss Paul.

As always, thank you for sharing these fantastic tracks - your work is greatly appreciate, and I'm sure Dave would be proud of you for continuing the series! This is the best way to honour your friend ... by sharing the music he loved!

Thanks Gazebo! By happenstance I wished Dave well when he was feeling ill and got a reply, and that being the sum total of my interactions with him, I feel lucky to have had that much. Wish I would have known him better. The world, especially now, could use a few more gems like him! Thanks for keeping his memory and positive influence alive!

A great tribute, some wonderful songs again. Thanks Gaz. Still hard to believe how a year has passed so quickly with so much happening.

Absolutely staggered it was a year ago, since his passing, where does the time go!
