Got it from the old blog that presented rare records in mp3 with hideous 96 kbps. Would love to get the single in lossless as "Blue thru" is fantastic, a lost classic.

"Blue Thru" (True Blue) is a reference to a person who is loyal to the British Conservative Party.
It might be a song about Margaret Thatcher.

Or

It just might be about a depressive person.
Blue often means a sad depressive mood.
