Hello NWO, Hope everyone is safe & well!

Keeping things going, here is Volume 34! I encourage you to give each track a listen at some point as you may be pleasantly surprised....Enjoy!

I have done my best to remaster all the tracks included here! If I have used tracks that have appeared on others previous compilations, I apologize as this was not intentional! I simply wanted to share them in lossless WAV format with the best sound possible.

Please note, this in NO way is intended to take away sales from any of the artists included here but rather a way to discover or rediscover these timeless masterpieces as many of them have never officially appeared on CD or are long "Out Of Print". Please support these bands if they should have material available! They deserve all the credit!

Thank you for putting these series together for us.
I've noticed that different posted collections are at different levels of "Rare" or "Unknown".
Your collections are at the last 1% of rare/unknown.
Thanks for sharing your collection and for the work you put into it.
All of these years collecting New Wave,
this is like the sprinkles on top of the icing on the cake!
Thank you!

It's amazing how many layers of obscurity there are in music from the 80s.

Many Thanks.

I believe such is the case with other decades as well.....at least - to my knowledge - such are the 70s, which are full of rare / obscure album releases and have their own dedicated army of followers, as we all here are for the 80s.
Thankfully for us, the 80s have really brought the 12" format into the forefront and provided an outlet for all those artists for eventually never got the chance to create a full album release.

Most of all, wonderful individuals like Paul who provide us with all of those and allow us to share them in the best possible quality......the way they deserved to be heard.

Agreed! There was some wonderful obscure music from the other decades.
And that is a good point you bring up regarding 12" and other media formats like the whole DIY Cassette culture from the late 70s / early 80s
