Thanks a lot Guys, although The Cure single is the album version, wasn't the 7" supposed to time at 3:54 min?

According to Discogs,
"In the notes field it states; "The 7" single edit is 3:54. It omits the initial guitar and keyboard introduction, removes a few bars between verses and fades out part way through the guitar solo ending". This information is also on Wikipedia.
However, there is a video on Youtube for this 7" single which is completely different from this description:

You can see the vinyl playing. So, it seems the notes field (and Wikepedia) is wrong, unless there were 2 different pressings."

The UK, European, Australian and Canadian 7" mix version clocks around 3:54 (or 3:55/3:56). As far as I know, The Italian 7" single clocks almost 5:00 minutes.
Probably other countries edited the song with more/less bars, no intro o extended ending section.
