SHARE: The Complete "Spiral Tribe" Series in FLAC

Back in 1996, amidst the peak of 89DMZ's renowned New Wave Radio show, "WAVE180," a New Wave compilation CD emerged in Manila named "THE SPIRAL TRIBE." It was a bootleg of popular new wave songs but with unique remixes and has absolutely nothing to do with the famous arts collective and party sound system from the UK. Much like the famed "CHORUS GIRLS" and "LOST AND FOUND" series, this CD spawned sequels that commanded a premium upon their initial release (more than twice the price of a legit cd album you buy from a music store). Finally got my hands on the complete series and just ripped them to FLAC a few days ago.

Volume 5 (Originally released only on Vinyl):
Something like this but with more songs and a different track sequence. I’m too lazy to write them down so bear with me.

WOW! I had one issue of this, but have been looking for the rest for a long time. Thank you so much for this!

I hadn't heard of the other two series you mentioned, Chorus Girls and Lost And Found, and just looked through the Discogs entries. Do any of those those series have new mixes other than the Jamtrx mixes? I think his remixes are available on other series, such as the Clubmix Classics.

Thank you again for another rare Filipino share.

Thanks for the appreciation. The Chorus Girls do not have unique remixes. They are mostly cuts taken from official singles or albums and if they do have different versions of the songs, they are official 12" singles. It is the kind of series one can easily rebuild as a playlist on Spotify. As for the "Lost and Found" series, I hope to have them by early next year. Of course I'll share them here as well.
