CHOIR INVISIBLE - "I Walked Away" The singer went by the name of "Thames Sinclair", so you just gotta give it a listen! Actually, it includes a beautiful guitar/synth riff.

BRILLIANT CORNERS - "Oh!" Little-heard-of band from England, received praise ala The Smiths with trumpets. Very catchy indeed.

THE ELEKTRICS - "What I Need" Unassuming New Jersey band that put out 2 albums that went nowhere but this song is classic New Wave, kinda sounds like The Cars.
