I was never able to figure out how to get on to the Hub. I can't seem to download the right 'mirror' or something.

[/quote]No mirrors required, just a PC or Mac with a min 1GB to share.
A broadband connex is also preferable though not absolutely necessary.

First off you will need to have to contact the hub administrators @hub_invite@hotmail.com to get access privileges and additional info.

I'd really like to get on to the hub as well, but I use a macintosh. Most of the instructions that I've found on how to use the hub assume that a PC is used. Any advice?

Don't forget you also need to set up firewall rules especially if you have a router. A quick google of your make and model router and DC++ gives you good results.

ok people i did the first step that was required of me. to get access privileges and additional info from the admin. people. now i'm just waiting for a response. don't want to jump to step two if i can't even get access privileges. hopefully all goes well. i'll keep ya informed! thanks people!
