Wow, that's an odd mixture....I never would have thought of mixing "Save A Prayer" and "What You're Thinking"...And I was a club DJ during most of the 80's!
Thanks for sending it along. I think I have some mixes that I did ages ago, if people are into that sort of thing, I'd be happy to upload them.

I would love to hear your mixes. I`m not a DJ but I bought that mix on Ebay a while ago. Thanks

Do you have a listing of the sources on the mix? I recognize everything, I think, but there might be a break or two that I didn't catch.
I will look around for my tapes (reel to reel!) I had good nights and bad, and sadly, the club was far more interested in dance music than "new wave" or whatever we were calling it then! I do remember some pretty interesting combinations though....

Excellent work, Synthpopfan. And very cool of you to include not one but two New Order songs, including 1963, a most excellent song of the highest order [8D] I also picked up on the "Don't Put Your Finger on the Button" sample from N/O's "Don't Do It". Nice. Can't wait to hear more of your work.

Hey,
I`m glad that you enjoyed the mix. I did`nt make it. I just bought it about two years ago on Ebay. I`m still new to the NWO & noticed others sharing their tunes. I just thought about doing the same. I have some more mixes I bought a while back I may put them on soon. I have a mix that is about 80 min long. It covers alot more bands.
I will also add Depeche Mode - Just can`t get enough (Musicfacyory Mix). I have some other songs I have put on the main page under More Mixes. There is a Depeche Mode Old School Mix, The Primitives - Crash (Extended Mix),Gangway, Bazooka Joe, New order - Blue Monday (Reordered), & a few others. Kind Regards [;)]
P.S. I have enjoyed everyones tunes that they have put on so far, Big Thanks
