Here's a random song that I've been trying desperately to find...does anyone have "nothing" by Love?

It's on the album Four Sail - available on Amazon, pretty cheap used. (Not New Wave, but a great influential 60's band nonetheless!)

Man, Love. There was a band that was so ahead of the times when they released the quintessential LP Forever Changes back in the late 60s. Just about any reputable record book will list this as one of the all time great releases in rock. To this day, I hold that release as my greatest music treasure, and always will. It requires complete attention when listening, no talking, no lights, just kcik back and take in this masterpiece in its entirety. Then listen again. I have probably listened to it 500 times over the years, and it never gets less than brilliant to me. It is my ultimate piece of music. Period.
While they have some other fine releases - S/T, Four Sail, Da Capo, and several others later, Forever Changes is the masterpiece.

'Forever Changes'...
I have to agree with you Sir Grunch, that is and will always be one of the quintessential albums of the Sixties - or any other era for that matter. I mean, I do love Da Capo and the self titled debut, but FC has everything that anyone could ask for in music... great songs and beautiful arrangements (the strings are to die for, I'm hardpressed to find another album that compares). I too have listened raptly to this album hundreds of times over for the last quarter of a century plus, and I never, ever tire of it.
And as a testament to Arthur Lee's true talent we have 'The Forever Changes Concert / SMACD869' from 2003 (he toured with Baby Lemonade as his back-up band) and proved at the ripe old age of 58 he was sounding as good as he did 22! How many artists can claim that?
