Thanks Siouxmoux! I have this album somewhere and I never gave it a proper listen aside from "Whirly Girl" and "Dance All Night". I begrudgingly admit I really enjoy "Waiting for You" even though it sounds like it belongs in 1978 next to Pablo Cruise and Firefall with a that breezy 70's pop sound. Who'da thunk that these guys were all over the map like that?

Thanks very much! FYI, two of the songs were corrupted, but one of them was Whirly Girl, which I already had of course.

Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow, thanks for the download!

I just referred to our cat as "squirrley girl" and it reminded me of that song. I said to my wife, 'Do you remember the song "Whirly Girl?'

I was unable to find the song on limewire so I'm very surprised to find the *whole album* here. Thanks again!

If anyone has the 2 corrupt tracks:

"Whirly Girl"
and
"Wanna Be Your Love"

I would be most grateful if you would post them somewhere. Thanks!

I got my copy of this record at a buddy's college radio station. They were throwing out something like 500 LPs and 12" singles. Guess who rescued them from the trash? I still get irritated when I think about how much else they sent straight to the nearest landfill.

Besides the hit, the other standout track is "You Make It Sound So Easy," which was buried as an album cut. Geffen Records either didn't really know what to do with these guys, or just wanted to consign them to the ranks of one-hit-wonderdom by culling questionable followups as singles ("My Ride"? Please.)

Although I guess Ish Ledesma wouldn't quite count as a one-hit-wonder, what, thanks to Foxy.

My Ride should have been a big new wavey hit.

And I'm particularly fond of "Waiting for You" for its vocal harmonies.

Can anyone tell me where to download 'Whirley Girl?'

I usually use Limewire for singles but it's never being shared there.

Thanks, Kato
