Actually, I think this is the one available on CD--if not, they're very very similar--

You're right. I checked the CD.
I guess I just don't like the mix as much as I thought I did.

Posted: Wed Feb 01, 2006 3:01 pmThe Scritti Politti 12" -- at least, the US one I have -- has a "version 1" at 4:24, a "7" Single Mix" at 3:36 and a "Version 2" at 6:32. The version 2 matches the "version" on the CD, and I think the 7" single mix matches the album track off the CD.

For some reason, I'm thinking that the 12" had a version (other than "Version") which was on there. I also know that the 7" was greatly altered from the regular, album version.
