Man, christmas catalogue is awesome.

OK, now here's what I do not get from all the discussion about "commercially available" music. These 2 sondgs are available on Amazon as used items. If he were to purchase them, how does the artist/music industry benefit from it? The only person who makes any moula is the person who has copied it already & now wishes to sell his original copy. Am I off base with this??

Although I admit that the artist is least to profit from the sales, you still get an original. I also think that everything has its value (it's only sad, that so many artists get so little of it). If you want to buy a car radio but you can't find one that matches your price expectations, do you go to the bloke on the street corner and buy a nicked one? Or do you wait for a bargain or burry your hopes and buy a different one. Before things became easily available (and mostly illegally available), it seemed to be easier to part with wishes that one couldn't afford. Actually, it doesn't really matter if things are really rare or widely available. It's all theft, anyway. But to my mind, sharing things that can easily be bought at very low costs seems more greedy as you haven't even considered trying to buy it. (God, I sound like a preacher...and hate it. But it's just what I believe).
