...so don't y'all get in a hissy fit over this request. Fortunately I had backup copies for my Level 42 songs, with the exception of "Flying Wings". Any help would be sure as hell appreciated.

Just run Exact Audio Copy and leave it for a couple of days, and maybe you'll end up with a skip free extraction [:)].
