I don't have the extended versions from the 12", but I do have the album versions from the «Into the Rain» if you are interested.

Music for Pleasure was a very underappreciated group. Their second lp "Blacklands" is great. Here is one of the songs:

Though the 2nd is one not to listen to while you're depressed - start on the lighter moments such as "Dark Crash" and work your way down.

Good LP, but makes me wonder how they swung a second album on the same major label.

I think the second lp was an indie release on Whirlpool Records. And yes, good advice on the listening Frank.

Thanks eight6 for the post! Music for Pleasure were definitely underappreciated, they had a great sound, very dark and moody. For most popsters, they probably sound like they need a prozac shot, and needless to say I won't be playing them at my next pajama party ... they are perfect for the daily grind though, noh? [;)]

Hey atreidesny, that little .gif next to "The Spice Must Flow!" wouldn't be from the Transparent Illusion lp cover would it?

Send me the Transparent Illusion cover, lets have a looksee. The chetrooper is from Urban Medium (a brilliant husband and wife team Derek and Heather). New York has been bombed with this sticker, and I really thought it was pretty kewl. You can get a T-shirt version as well:

What a nice combination, Che and Star Wars! [:p]

Over here the singles was released on Polydor and Whirlpool like you said so that's probably why I'm got that bit confused.
