Our Lips Are Sealed Demo

Postby cryo » Wed Feb 22, 2006 3:28 pm

I'm looking for a Jane Wiedlin demo of "Our Lips Are Sealed Demo" that was played in the background on VH-1's Go-Go's Behind the Music, which I think is *NOT* the version that is on "The Very Best of Jane Wiedlin." The one from the VH-1 program was only on for a very short time, but it sounded much slower and less produced than even the one on the Best Of. OK, I could be wrong about there being two versions, but hopefully someone will know more than I do about it and have a definitive answer one way or another!
Thanks in advance!

"Your probably thinking of the version by FB3."

OK, I'm not THAT out-of-it, although I admit I didn't really know the back-story to the FB3 connection til years (decades) later.

But just to expand I what I'd said before, this was Jane by herself, and it sounded more like her alone in a hotel room with a guitar and a tape deck (which might have been the VH-1 voice-over for that part of the doc). Not like the 4-track demo sound off of the Jane Best Of (which is also just her and a guitar). Of course, it was only on for a few seconds, so maybe I'm wrong and just making all this up...
