This one's a long shot folks, but here goes.
Back around 1986 I used to frequent a Bayside NY NuWave club called 'Camouflage' AKA 'After Dark' (Disco on alternate nights). They used to play selected videos on a huge projection screen at one end of the dance floor. The choice of video tunes shown was eclectic (From INXS-Need You Tonight ~ to The Bolshoi-Please) I remember one video in particular that ran every week I went there for the life of me was never played on the radio or seen on MTV. The video showed a really cute female singer fronting a band playing an edgy synth driven dance tune that for some reason makes me think it was Propaganda but it wasn't 'Duel' or 'P-Machinery'. I remember the visuals were shot outdoors possibly in an urban/street or industrial locale setting. They were wearing some kind of period garb, pretty sure it was 80's fashion or something like that.
It's possible it was a crossover tune from the After Dark playlist.
I haven't a clue as to who it was but perhaps someone who worked at the club or went there and remembers will pick up on this. Thanx!
