ekahob is right. It was shot on a pier in NYC. Had all sorts of extras continually running along the pier with the band. VH1 Classic shows this video occasionally.

I have this video, ripped it myself from VH-1 Classics. I can upload it somewhere or email it, if you have an account that can handle large file sizes. It's about 80MB.
