I am desperately trying to figure out the name of this song...

The video takes place in a subway, and all the commuters are singing the lyrics...8mm video quality, hand-held, almost documentary-style...the tune is easily recognizable, so it's not something too obscure...

All I can think of is The Spoons - Romantic Traffic; they were a Canadain synth act in the early 80's. Very good music!
