Okay, I don't know the artist or name, but here's what I do know... It was dancy, and the video was a boy building a model airplane while watching the band perform on TV. At the end of the video, the boy takes the airplane out and flies it thru a blue sky. The song only has like 4 lines, which the singer repeats over and over - something about love, lol! I want to say the band name had the word "star" in it, but I am not 100% sure about that. 100 bonus trivia points to whoever can identify this for me - it has been driving me CRAZY! Thanks!
