S--ttiest new wave videos ever.

And there were a buttload of them! Due to budget restrictions and the newness of it all, many of the early videos were pretty lousy(some in a good way). My vote for worst video for a hit song that didn't suck would be Falco's Der Kommissar. Cool song, kinda cool video, but jeez was it cheap looking. Worst video (on all levels) would probably be that "I Eat Cannibals" crap, I don't want to waste any brain cells trying to recall that groups name.

They were called Total Coelo in the US.
There was just recently a thread about "bad" videos. Most of them were really overplayed videos that people just got sick of, not really bad.

Yes I eat cannibals was a total shite video. However "Dracula's Tango" and "Milk From The Coconut" where rare televisual genius.

LOL! Indeed there are just so many crappy videos made in the 80's- albeit for songs that I would die for! (ok, not really![:D]) It's very disappointing sometimes, but I can't complain...
