have the full sets of Berlin + A Flock Of Seagulls been broadcasted at the time?

There was a website that sold DVDs of footage from both US Festivals, wish I still had it. I know that there is full sets of Berlin, Missing Persons, Stevie Nicks, & Motley Crue circulating plus compilations of the different concerts(New Wave Day, Metal day, etc.)
