I was driving 100 km per hour in Toronto today (not that fast for the metrically challenged!!) when I heard this song that I think was played on WLIR in the late 1990s/early 2000s.
It's a dancy synthpop song with dreamy female vocals. It was super-sugar-coated synthpoppy. Lyrics were something like:
La,la,la,la,la, la...
It's all around the world.

And now it's time to sing

That's funny since my Montreal friends turned me onto this Monkies-like prefabricated band called ATC who sang this song, "Around the World". It was one of those huge things in Europe where they got tons of airply awhile ago then kinda disappeared.
